- SIGNAL → NOISE → STATIC — solve in order; the next tier unlocks when you finish the last.
- Read the prompt, fetch the values from public sources, apply the operation, submit your answer.
- Correct solves issue a signed proof card. Faster solves and fewer attempts earn a better grade.
- SHOW SOURCE HINT reveals which data feeds matter (after enough attempts).
- GIVE UP forfeits the tier and unlocks the next one with zero score.
